About the broker. Who is Carol Holdeman?
Put her 35 years of full time real estate experience to work for you. Carol has been successfully involved in all of the fields of real estate from ranches, land, multi-family, residential and commercial. She was the Managing Broker of a large Century 21 Double Centurion Office in Minden, Nevada. Always a Multi-Million Dollar producer, Carol just received her third Centurion Award in 2004. The coveted Centurion award is only given to the top 2% of the 80,000 Century 21 system's agents. She started her real estate career in Riverside, California in the early 1970's. Fully computerized & on the internet. Carol has completed a life long wish and has moved to Wyoming permanently.
Her family has always been associated with real estate & the building industry. Her grandfather, John Drake, was a Real Estate Broker at the turn of the last century in South Dakota. Her late husband and both sons are contractors.
